Liverpool welcome Watford to Anfield on Saturday lunchtime in a huge game at the top and bottom of the Premier League table.

The Reds know that a win will move them above leaders Manchester City for the first time since October.

But City play later on Saturday against Burnley, so if Liverpool win, their time at the top could be very short lived.

Despite this, Liverpool look almost unstoppable in the league at the moment and have won nine games in a row to put the pressure right back on Pep Guardiola’s side.

The Hornets are sitting on 22 points, three points from safety but they have lost five of Roy Hodgson’s first nine games.

They did win their last game against Southampton and are in desperate need of the points.

However, Anfield has turned into a fortress for Liverpool once again and they are unbeaten in 14 league matches, while they have collected 36 points from a possible 42.
